RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
All sales at Ever Learn (ever-learn.com) are final. We sell digital ebooks delivered electronically and made accessible immediately upon purchase. Because digital content cannot be "returned" once delivered, we operate a strict no-refund policy, except in the single circumstance described below.
By completing a purchase on our store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy before submitting payment.
2. No refunds (all sales final)
We do not issue refunds for any of the following reasons:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You did not read the product description, preview, or any available sample before purchasing
- You found the content elsewhere for free or at a lower price
- You did not enjoy or find value in the ebook
- You experienced difficulties opening, downloading, or reading the file on your device
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake
- You expected the ebook to produce specific financial, business, or personal results
- You were unaware that the product was a digital download
- You did not use or access the product after purchase
Once a download link has been sent, displayed, accessed, clicked, or delivered to your email address (or made available on your order confirmation page), the product is considered fully delivered, and no refund will be issued.
3. The only exception (verified billing errors)
The sole circumstance in which Ever Learn will issue a refund is a confirmed billing error caused directly by us:
- Your payment method was charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
- You were charged a materially incorrect amount due to a pricing or technical error on our platform
Billing error claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date and will be verified against our transaction records. Requests submitted outside this window will not be accepted.
A billing error does not include dissatisfaction with the product, accidental purchase, or a dispute over pricing that was clearly displayed at checkout.
4. EU consumer rights (digital content waiver)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the 14-day withdrawal right applies unless you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of that right.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the content has been made available to you. This waiver is fully compliant with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. A confirmation of this consent is included in your order confirmation email.
5. Cryptocurrency payments (no refunds under any circumstances)
Payments made via cryptocurrency (including via Crypto.com Pay) are irreversible by nature. Once a crypto transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded, including in cases where a refund would otherwise be warranted under this policy.
In the exceptional case of a verified billing error paid by cryptocurrency, any remedy will be issued as store credit or a replacement product, not as a crypto refund.
6. How to report a billing error
If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to an error on our side, contact us within 7 calendar days at:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Amount charged
- A clear description of the discrepancy
We will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days.
7. Chargebacks & disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us directly, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide your bank with full evidence of purchase, delivery, and your acceptance of this refund policy.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a legitimately delivered digital product may constitute fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us first. We are committed to resolving genuine billing errors promptly and fairly.
