Ever Learn sells digital products exclusively. We do not sell, manufacture, package, or ship physical goods of any kind.
There are no shipping fees, delivery carriers, customs duties, or import restrictions applicable to our products.
How your product is delivered
After your payment is successfully processed and confirmed, your ebook will be delivered digitally through one or more of the following methods:
- A download link is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout
- A download link is displayed on the order confirmation page
- Access through our digital delivery platform linked from your order email
It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible, and correctly spelled email address at checkout.
Ever Learn is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect, misspelled, full, or inaccessible email address provided by the customer.
Delivery time
Digital products are usually delivered instantly or within a few minutes of payment confirmation.
If you have not received your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please:
1. Check your spam, junk, promotions, or social folder.
2. Confirm that the email address provided at checkout is correct.
3. Check your order confirmation page for a direct download link.

Supported file formats
Our ebooks are delivered in PDF format, compatible with most modern devices.
PDF files can be opened with free software, including Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, Google Drive, or any standard PDF viewer. No special or paid software is required.
International customers
Because our products are delivered digitally, we serve customers worldwide.
There are no geographic restrictions, shipping fees, or physical delivery requirements for digital downloads from Ever Learn.
However, you are responsible for complying with any local laws in your jurisdiction regarding the download, possession, or use of digital content.
Lost, Expired, or Inaccessible Download Links
If your download link has expired or become inaccessible, contact us at:
Please include your order number. We will issue a replacement link where appropriate.
We reserve the right to limit the number of replacement links issued per order and to verify your identity before reissuing access.
