Agreement to these terms
By accessing ever-learn.com or making a purchase, you confirm that:

- You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
- You have read and understood our Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of this agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

All products sold on Ever Learn are digital ebooks in downloadable PDF format. A download link is provided immediately or shortly after payment confirmation.

Purchases and pricing
- Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your market.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by EU law.
- Customers outside the EU are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or charges in their jurisdiction.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
- Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- Payment is processed securely by our payment providers.
- We do not store or have visibility of your full card details or cryptocurrency private keys.

Cryptocurrency payments
- Fiat prices are converted to cryptocurrency at the exchange rate provided by Crypto.com Pay at the time of checkout.
- Exchange rates fluctuate, and the rate confirmed at checkout is final.
- All confirmed cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible.
- We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund a confirmed on-chain payment.
- In the exceptional event of a verified billing error paid via cryptocurrency, any remedy will be issued as store credit or a replacement product, not as a crypto refund.
- Blockchain network fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
- Ever Learn is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected transactions caused by incorrect wallet addresses, network congestion, or customer error.
Licence to use (personal use only)
When you purchase an ebook from Ever Learn, you are purchasing a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and read the ebook for your own private, non-commercial use only.
Your licence allows you to:
- Download and read the ebook on your personal devices
- Store one personal backup copy for private reference
Your licence does not allow you to:
- Resell, rent, lend, gift, or transfer the ebook
- Share the ebook with any third party
- Upload the ebook to any website, platform, forum, file-sharing service, torrent network, or repository
- Copy, reproduce, print, screenshot, or extract any portion for distribution or publication
- Create derivative works, summaries, courses, videos, or products based on our content for distribution or sale
- Use any content for AI model training, dataset creation, or machine learning purposes
- Translate, adapt, dub, or repackage the content in any form
- Remove or alter any copyright notice, watermark, branding, or technical protection measure
- Transfer your account access, order email, or download link to another person
Any breach of this licence immediately terminates your right to use the product. Ever Learn reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
Intellectual property
All content on ever-learn.com and within our ebooks is the intellectual property of Ever Learn and is protected under Slovenian copyright law, EU copyright law, and international copyright treaties.
The purchase price is solely for the personal use licence described above. No ownership of our intellectual property is transferred by purchase.

Disclaimer of warranties
Our products and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ever Learn, its operator, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products or website.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable European Union law.
